A message to residents of Brightwater, Crosshaven

As you may know we have been collecting fees from each household for the annual maintenance of the public green areas in our estate. We are hoping to raise enough money to ensure that the estate is maintained for the benefit of all residents throughout the year. The fee for each property is €65.

We wish to offer our sincere thanks to all of those who have already contributed to the fund.

As we have not yet reached the target to continue maintenance throughout the whole year we will need to continue to collect outstanding fees otherwise maintenance work will have to cease.

To those who have yet to pay we would ask that you make a contribution before the 30th of May. Our collectors will be making door to door calls over the next two weeks.

Please enclose payment in an envelope marked with your name and house number.

Payments can be made by cash or cheque. Cheques must be signed on both the front and back to be accepted by the Credit Union. Please make cheques payable to: Brightwater Residents Association

RENTED ACCOMODATION / TENANTS

For those who are living in rented accommodation please inform your landlord of the collection and that payments are tax-deductible.

Alternatively you can forward your landlord’s details to the residents association and we will endeavour to contact them on your behalf. Please email your name, house number, landlord’s name and phone number to [email protected]
